Ryan Parker is the owner and consultant for Parker Design and Consulting. Ryan was raised in the construction industry and has personally built over 600 homes. He and his wife Tiffany are both licensed real estate Brokers and also run a local brokerage and help many clients buy and sell properties day in and day out so finding land or a lot could be done in house as well. Parker Design and Consulting started because Ryan was helping several people through builds that had the time, ability and desire to build the home themselves but didn't like the pay scale and structure of some of the other build it yourself companies and needed a little guidance. His background in construction and starting drafting using AutoCAD at a young age gave him the platform needed to adequately help. This became an opportunity for Ryan to help clients that were in this unique situation. With his help in consulting, design and the ability to find the land, they could now build their own home using the same structured build and tracking system Ryan had developed and used in the past. Although the system and guidance helps, self discipline and motivation from the client is needed. You are building your own home and there is a lot to that but Ryan is here to help you every step of the way.
If you aren't interested in self building or remodeling that is very understandable. Ryan is now offering remodeling services as well and would be happy to take a look at your project. From review, design and actually getting the remodel done for you, Ryan can help with it all. His background in construction is not just as a manager but he has also built and remodeled with his own hands many times from the ground up and this gives Ryan a keen perspective and understanding of what a project will take, it's pitfalls and structural hurdles. All this goes hand and hand in the design and implementation of the design for a good, finished project. Over the years he has done everything from handyman services to $500,000 remodels. For now, handyman services aren't being offered but your medium to large remodels, room additions, guesthouses, garages and barns are.
